Important Update: Exhibition Launch Postponed
We want to let our community know that the upcoming launch event scheduled for 11 September has been postponed due to unexpected and unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. We understand this may cause inconvenience, and we sincerely apologise.
The good news is that we have now locked in new exhibition dates: 13 November to 11 December — and we’re excited to share that the much‑anticipated launch event will take place on Friday, 13 November.
At the launch, you’ll have the special opportunity to meet and talk with some of the artists whose powerful works are featured in the exhibition.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We look forward to welcoming everyone on 13 November and sharing this important exhibition with you.

Kinchela Boys Home Aboriginal Corporation (KBHAC) warmly invites you to a special launch event for our travelling exhibition: Truth-Telling: Our Past, Present and Future
Following the successful opening of the Coolamon Arts Hub in Waterloo, we are excited to bring this powerful exhibition to the Uniting Church in Paddington.
Truth-Telling: Our Past, Present and Future features artworks created by KBH Survivors, sharing their lived experiences of Kinchela Boys Home, the ongoing impacts on their lives, and their journeys of reconnecting with family, culture, and identity.
The exhibition also includes ‘We Were Just Little Boys,’ a moving photographic collaboration between Noongar and Spinifex visual storyteller Tace Stevens and the KBH Survivors.
